UK DELIVERIES

All orders will be processed within 2 working days and sent using Royal Mail or Parcelforce with a tracked service.  The Royal Mail service used is tracked 48h, although Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery within 48h, it is their intention to do so.

Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

International orders will usually be sent with either Royal Mail or Parcelforce.  If another courier is used you will be notified of the company being used. 

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the time of year. We would normally expect orders to Europe to arrive within 3 - 7 working days and the rest of the world within 4 - 10 working days although some services may be faster.

Please note that international packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. 

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

Please note Living in Harmony cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company.  If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.
