For assistance with any order please contact info@livinginharmony.uk.  Your email will be answered promptly and every effort will be made to find the right solution to your query.  For terms and conditions on dealing with returns and damaged goods please find the following advice.

DAMAGES AND FAULTY ITEMS:  

If you receive a faulty or damaged item it can be replaced or refunded, and all postage costs you have incurred from receiving and returning the faulty goods will be reimbursed.  Please ensure to contact info@livinginharmony.uk within 7 days of receipt of your order and have available photographic evidence of any damage.  

RETURNS:

Full price items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of receiving them. 

Sale items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving them.  

Any returned item must be sent in the original packaging and be unused.

Please email info@livinginharmony.uk to start a returns process.  Refunds will be made to your original payment method once your order has been received.

Postage costs for returned items will not be reimbursed unless the item was faulty. Please obtain proof of postage and it’s strongly recommend using a sufficiently insured recorded service from your post office in case of loss or damage.  Living in Harmony cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

INTERNATIONAL AND EUROPEAN RETURNS

Returns from non-UK countries need to indicate clearly that the package is a RETURN and that it has a value of £0.00. Failure to do so may result in customs and clearance charges upon delivery, which may have to be deducted from the total of the refund processed.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS

​You have the right to cancel your order without reason within 14 days from the day after the day you receive the last of the goods. You must do so in writing to info@livinginharmony.uk including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and email address.
